  • Is this event 18+?

    Yes. This is a strictly 18+ event. Valid ID is required for entry.

    What time does the event start and end?

    Gates open at 12:00 PM and the event runs until 8:00 PM.

    Where is the event located?

    Saddle Up In The Park takes place at Cesar Chavez Plaza in Downtown Sacramento.

    Are tickets refundable?

    All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

    Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

    Yes. Tickets are transferable as long as they have not been scanned.

    Will tickets be available at the door?

    If the event does not sell out in advance, a limited number of tickets may be available at the door. We highly recommend purchasing early.

    What does my ticket include?

    Your ticket includes:

    Food and drinks are sold separately.

    What does VIP include?

    VIP grants access to an exclusive VIP area featuring:

    VIP does not include complimentary drinks unless otherwise stated.

    Is re-entry allowed?

    No. This is a no re-entry event.

    What items are NOT allowed?

    The following are prohibited:

    • Large bags or backpacks

    • Professional cameras (without media pass)

    Can I bring a chair or blanket?

    No outside seating is allowed. This is a standing-room concert experience.

    Is there parking available?

    There are multiple downtown parking garages and street parking options within walking distance of Cesar Chavez Plaza. Rideshare is strongly encouraged.

    Will there be food and drinks?

    Yes. A variety of food vendors, bars, and beverage options will be available throughout the event.

    What happens if it rains?

    This is a rain or shine event.

    Is there security at the event?

    Yes. Security and staff will be on-site throughout the event. All attendees are subject to screening upon entry.

    Can I bring my dog or pet?

    No pets are allowed.
